Premium German pilsner malt and select hop varieties are the hallmark of this delicate golden lager. A month of cool fermentation and aging creates a smooth character that’s light on the palate yet satisfying. 5.0 ABV
This refreshing ale will quench your thirst and satisfy after a hard day of riding singletrack or slaving on the job. It is brewed with malted wheat, orange blossom honey, and a dose of coriander and orange peel. Light bodied and dry with a touch of honey sweetness and a floral bouquet, Broken Spoke is easy to drink and finishes light. 5.5 ABV
 If the river were made of beer, it would run amber. First brewed as the house beer for our Santa Fe based steakhouse, Rio Chama Amber Ale has become a cult favorite. This easy to drink, yet flavorful ale is brewed with a blend of pale, toasted and caramel malts. Its spicy, dry hop character complements the malt with a nice balanced finish. 5.0 ABV
Sturdy, medium bodied and delicious, this brew shared the rich copper hue of the fly it is named for. A light charge of caramel malt, which creates the color, is complemented by a blend of American hops that add spice and citrus character. The finish may be in the hops, but you won’t forget the subtle toasty character of the malt. Copper John Pale Ale is perfect for relaxing after a day of fishing on the Chama. 5.0 ABV
Like a jackrabbit on the run, hops are literally leaping out of this deep golden brew. The aroma of Columbus, Horizon, Crystal and Centennial hop varieties strikes you first with notes of evergreen and grapefruit before evolving into a snappy and sharp hop flavor. The finish is very dry and calls you back for more. Yes, there is some malt in here too, but mainly in a supporting role. This one is for the hopheads. Cheers! 6.2ABV
