Robert Griego - General Manager

Formerly the proprietor and general manager of the popular East Mountain eatery - Nouveau Noodles - Robert joined Chama River in March of 2005. Robert is a native Santa Fean now residing in Albuquerque with his wife Jessie and their three children Sydney, Connor and Austin.

Stephen Shook - Executive Chef

Having spent the last half decade developing his culinary chops in some of Denver\'s finest dining establishments, Steve recently returned to his home town to join Chama River Brewing Co. A graduate of the prestigious Art Institute of Colorado, Steve now resides in Albuquerque with his wife Kerri and their two boys Noah and Tyler.
