 Head Brewer - Ted Rice
Hailing from Long Island, NY and educated at the prestigious American Brewer’s Guild, Ted has been brewing commercially since 1996. During his five years brewing at the Blue Corn Café & Brewery Ted won numerous awards at the state, national and international levels – including two gold medals and one silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival and three silver medals and one bronze medal at the World Beer Cup.
 Brewer - Jeff Erway
Originally from Rochester, NY, Jeff moved to NM to teach music on the Navajo Reservation. He began his passion for home brewing just 4 years ago, but after winning numerous awards, including 6 Best of Shows, he moved on to pursuing his dream of brewing professionally. Following his graduation from the American Brewers Guild in June of 2007, Jeff joined the team at Chama and has been an integral part of the brewery operations since then.
At Chama River Brewing Co. Ted and Jeff brew six house beers and rotate a variety of seasonal and specialty beers. We are confident that you will find no finer craft brewed ales or lagers anywhere.
